Access Family Pharmacy is an independent pharmacy located in Hixson, TN. We offer many services including a retail pharmacy, compounding, a long-term care pharmacy, and an extensive durable medical equipment department. We pride ourselves on truly putting the patient first and meeting needs any way and every way we can. We're currently looking to add a long-term care pharmacy technician to our team! This is a closed-door pharmacy that packages medicines for patients in long-term care facilities.
Pharmacy experience is not required! This position will consist mainly of running the packing machine that packs the medications, so the day-to-day will have little variety. We're looking for someone who is extremely reliable, level-headed, and comfortable in a fast-paced and often hectic environment. The desire and ability to work as part of a team will be absolutely necessary.
This is a full-time position. The schedule is Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm. The starting pay is $14 - $16 per hour depending on experience.
