Work you'll do

As an Associate, Analytics and Insights on the Analytics and Insights team, you will be responsible for...

• Analyze data sets to identify trends, exceptions, and business insights that support client and internal priorities
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using established data sources and reporting tools
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to support accurate reporting and analysis
• Translate business requirements into reporting outputs, metrics, and data-driven recommendations
• Support project teams by preparing analyses, documenting findings, and contributing to deliverables and presentations

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, data science, statistics, mathematics, computer science, information systems, economics, business, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or data analysis
• 1+ years of experience using SQL to query, analyze, or validate data
• Experience building dashboards or reports using Tableau or Power BI
• Experience using Microsoft Excel for analysis, reporting, or data validation
• Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  
  

Preferred:

• Experience supporting analytics or reporting projects for multiple stakeholders
• Experience with Python, R, or both
• Experience with data cleansing, transformation, and data quality checks
• Experience working with large data sets from multiple sources
• Experience documenting business requirements, reporting logic, or metric definitions
  
  

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $63,000 to $116,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
