Your Role
The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) at Near North Health is a pivotal leadership role, overseeing all clinical and related activities within the health center. Reporting to the CEO, the CMO ensures high-quality, culturally competent primary care aligned with Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) Standards. The role includes credential verification, provider staff recommendations to the CEO and Board Affairs Committee, and strategic collaboration across various sectors
Will follow role assignments that are in alignment with the Patient Centered Medical Home Standards, and participate in all Patient Centered Medical Home efforts.

We provide health care, social services and nutrition education to the medically indigent and uninsured residents of the Near North side (Cabrini Green), West Town, Humboldt Park, West Garfield Park, Austin, Kenwood/Oakland, Douglas and Grand Boulevard, and Uptown communities.
