Job Description Summary
The Communications Coordinator will serve as a collaborative and cross-functional role across internal communications, culture and employee engagement. The role will support a variety of initiatives, including assisting with employee engagement programs and events, while also contributing to internal communications through newsletter content, intranet and digital channel updates, and support for larger communication initiatives. In addition, this role will help maintain key team operations, including managing shared files, tracking projects and supporting the editorial calendar. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative and eager to learn, with the ability to flex across priorities and contribute wherever needed to support a high-performing, connected employee experience.
Job Description
Supports the creation of employee communications and communication strategies including enterprise-wide newsletters, proofing content, writing articles and ensuring consistent quality. Supports content creation and enhancement for the organization’s digital internal communications channels, including email, chat tools, intranet and other platforms.
Supports employee engagement initiatives and projects, including but not limited to employee surveys, recognition platform and employee engagement events.
Supports the culture, engagement and internal communications team to produce and organize quarterly all-employee meetings, collaborating with internal subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to execute engaging events.
Collaborates across the culture, engagement and internal communications team to maintain team project planner and editorial calendar.
The Posting Range For This Position Is
$60,123.00-$83,002.50

Qualifications
Education
- Required BS ; or equivalent experience
- Required 2+ Years internal communications experience
- Relationship building skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with overlapping timetables
- Solution-oriented with an innovative mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving and organizational abilities.
- Strong proofreading skills and knowledge of AP Style, with an acute eye for detail and quality
- Working knowledge of Sharepoint, M365 and generative AI
