Position Responsibilities

  • Partner with Suppliers, Sales & Marketing, Operations and Finance to develop an accurate consensus forecast for the enterprise through disciplined Sales and Operations Planning processes for Spirits & Wine
  • Manage specific goals for inventory days on hand, product availability, forecast accuracy, inventory waste and employee engagement
  • Collaborate with key suppliers to develop strategic demand and inventory plans, along with developing joint supply chain policies to improve productivity across organizations
  • Host Supplier top-to-top meetings to build strong working relationships between teams, align on joint supply chain initiatives, review key performance indicators and develop common supply chain operating goals
  • Provide analysis to executive leadership of key performance metrics, as well as strategies to minimize out of stock products, to improve inventory turns and to reduce waste
  • Engineer supply chain processes and technologies to improve planner productivity and supply chain outcomes
  • Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education And Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree with 10 plus years of related experience and 6 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 13 plus years of specific experience and 8 plus years of leadership experience

Preferred Education And Experience

  • Master’s Degree
