Must Have Technical/Functional Skill
- Oversee server components such as WAS, Filenet, Spectrm Protect, and ICC.
- Troubleshoot issues related to file storage area creation and Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
- Manage Linux fileserver directories, including adding new folders with appropriate authorization.
- Activate and deactivate archive infostructure (AIS).
- Hands-on expertise in Document Archiving, and system decommissioning.
- Execute SAP data archiving activities.
- Run catchup archiving for new archive objects as required.
- Manage data archiving incident management and provide resolutions.
- Conduct technical and functional testing for archiving solutions.
- Retention Management
- Expert use of PBS Indexing Tool, TJC ASC Tool, TJC AEC Tool, Serrala AP Automation Tool, and ILM Store.
- Implement ILM legal hold, destruction, and e-discovery processes.
- Strong troubleshooting skills on Red Hat Enterprise Linux servers.
- Experience with additional enterprise archiving or content management tools
