ED Case Manager (3x12s Day shift)
3 years of acute care case management experience required
ED case manager exp preferred but not required
Beds: 35 in the ED
This is an underserved population, mostly adults and geriatrics. Will see complex cases like unhoused and low-income patients. Could also see children and adolescents in the ED
Case Load: Around 20, give or take a few
No locals within 50mi
Weekend rotation: Every 3rd weekend
Schedule cycle: Self-scheduling with manager review and approval. Schedule made in 3-month increments.
