Seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) for a Long-Term Care unit in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Responsibilities include performing patient assessments, administering medications, assisting with ADLs, monitoring vital signs, maintaining accurate documentation, and educating patients and families. The role requires strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and excellent communication skills. Candidates must hold an active RN license, BLS certification, and have 1-2 years of recent Long-Term Care experience; hospital or clinical background is preferred. Knowledge of IV therapy, telemetry, and high-acuity patient care is essential. TeleHope offers telephonic support for older adults aged 55+ and their caregivers. TeleHope Care Managers call individuals who may be isolated, lonely, grieving, or experiencing other mental health challenges.
