- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 10 years of experience leading quality assurance, test engineering, and quality management functions
- Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering preferred
- Demonstrating executive presence with C-level stakeholders
- Managing large, complex, multi-vendor portfolios
- Leading diverse, multi-location, and cross-functional teams
- Integrating quality assurance with emerging technologies
- Proving success in enhancing customer satisfaction
