Maintains and cleans service areas and equipment according to established procedures and standards. Provides general and food handling services for customers or patients. and ensures a positive customer experience.

Job Description

Essential Functions:

  • Cleans and sanitizes equipment, tables, and work areas to maintain hygiene standards according to established procedures and standards.
  • Assists with the stocking and maintenance of supplies and food items.
  • Operates and maintains various equipment pertinent to food services, such as dish machines and cooking appliances.
  • Ensures a positive experience for customers.
  • May assist with the preparation and serving of food to customers.
  • May operate cash registers and handle money as applicable.

Education Requirement

High School Diploma or equivalent, required.

Skills

  • Working knowledge of safe food handling practices and sanitation standards.
  • Effective communication skills.

Experience

Food service experience, preferred.
