Role Description
The Quality Control Inspector will be responsible for performing inspections, testing materials and products, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. This is an on-site, full-time role based in Conroe, TX. Day-to-day tasks include approving incoming in-process and finished materials for defects. The QC Inspector will also be responsible for documenting inspection results, taking measurements, tracking defects, carrying out quality assurance and quality control procedures, preparing inspection reports, maintaining equipment, and contributing to overall quality improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Inspection processes
- Experience with Quality Management principles and practices
- Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and report on quality issues
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
- Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is preferred
- Familiarity with safety and regulatory compliance requirements is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; and 1 year of work-related experience.
