Join our Technology Services team as an Application Lead, where you will drive the functional excellence of our IBM Sterling OMS platform. You will work within our Products division to ensure seamless order fulfillment and shipping processes for high-impact enterprise projects.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise-level solutions within IBM Sterling OMS.
- Provide expert production support for Ship and Order functionalities.
- Lead coordination between onshore and offshore technical teams.
- Manage system stability through on-call and weekend support as required.
10+ years of functional experience with IBM Sterling OMS.
Proven expertise in Order Management and Shipping modules.
Proficiency in Java development within an OMS context.
Ability to work 100% onsite in Dallas, TX.
