Lead / Principal Python & LLM Developer
Experience: 12 to 15 years
Role Summary
Drive architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise‑grade AI/ML, NLP, and LLM-based systems. Lead model development, scalable backend engineering, and cloud AI integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and build complex AI/ML/NLP and LangChain solutions
- Lead design of scalable Python-based backend and APIs
- Guide integration of ML models into production systems
- Partner with architects, data scientists, designers, and product teams for solution delivery
- Optimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracy
- Oversee CI/CD, cloud AI services, and MLOps workflows
- Mentor the engineering team; review high‑impact code
- Stay current on emerging AI, ML, NLP technologies
Mandatory Skills (with Experience)
- Python (AI/ML/NLP): 12–15 years
- LangChain: 5–7 years
- Cloud (GCP/Azure/AWS) + AI/MLOps: 6–8 years
- Enterprise API architecture (Python): 7+ years
- CI/CD + Kubernetes + automation: 6–8 years
- Cross‑team leadership, communication & problem‑solving skills
Good to Have
- Multi‑language exposure (Java/C#/JavaScript)
- Cloud or AI certifications
- Strong solution design & architectural documentation
Salary range $90000 to $173500
