Job Description
The role reports directly to the Treasury Manager and provides oversight of the company's treasury process and controls. The primary responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, management of the daily banking transactions and corporate disbursements, supporting banking needs, preparing daily cash, preparing cash forecasts, and performing other treasury responsibilities.
- Prepare daily cash position and manage daily corporate cash and banking activities (balance reporting, electronic receipts and payments, maintenance of accounts and other treasury services, etc.)
- Assists with the integration process of Treasury tasks and responsibilities of company acquisitions as well of the integration of new practice areas within the firm
- Maintain accurate, timely and well-organized files and supporting documentation for areas of responsibility
- Assist staff, management, and internal/external partners with issues resolution
- Process documentation ownership, create treasury/cash management documentation and update periodically; ensure appropriate controls are in place
- Bank account management, including opening, closing, maintenance, and recording of bank accounts
- Ad-hoc special treasury projects such as implementation of new accounts and acquisitions
- Administration Treasury Bank Portals: maintain user access
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Undergraduate degree (B.S. or equivalent) in Finance
- Minimum 3 years finance and/or relevant Treasury experience
- Domestic treasury experience and/or banking a plus
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups and handling large amounts of data) required
- Must be comfortable working in a high volume, data-intensive environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter; ability to multi-task and work with limited supervision
- Ability to gather facts, analyze problems in depth and break down into components
- Ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization promptly and professionally
