The VP of Operations will oversee property operations, sales, and marketing across a national portfolio, leading onsite teams and driving resident experience, occupancy performance, and operational efficiency. This is a hands-on executive role that requires both strategic leadership and direct operational execution when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Lead operations, sales & marketing performance across active adult, independent living & multifamily communities
Build and refine systems, procedures, and best-in-class operational processes
Hire, train & manage onsite leadership teams; drive resident experience & occupancy outcomes
Oversee budgets, renovations, and property performance
Conduct regular site visits and support communities to meet goals
Partner with internal teams and third-party vendors to drive execution and value creation

Qualifications

10+ years senior living / multifamily / operations leadership
Sales & marketing experience strongly preferred
Strong leadership, communication & project-management skills
Ability to travel nationally; hands-on operational approach
Experience driving revenue, occupancy & portfolio performance
