DatamanUSA is looking for an Assembler 3 for our direct client based in CO. This is a great opportunity for someone who is a quick learner with excellent people skills.

Job Details:

Job Title: Assembler 3

Location: Denver, CO

Duration: 6 months

Basic Qualifications (Mandatory):

High school diploma or GED required.

1-3+ years of mechanical assembly experience (machinery or industrial equipment preferred).

Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and assembly instructions.

Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, torque wrenches).

Basic understanding of mechanical systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics.

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with manufacturing/fabrication techniques including welding, soldering, machining (CNC), assembly, and assembly tools.

Familiarity with precision measuring instruments like micrometers and calipers for quality control inspections.

Preferred Qualifications:

Technical or vocational training in mechanical technology or related field.

Experience in custom machinery, automation, or manufacturing environments.

Forklift or overhead crane certification.

Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.

Knowledge of GD&T standards for precise communication of part specifications.

Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is a plus for supporting automation projects.

Open to working up to 10 hours of overtime per week.

Currently involved in regular strength and/or conditioning activities.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Prolonged standing, bending, and reaching.

Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.

Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with moderate noise levels.
