Project Administrator
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team in Denver, Colorado. This contract-to-permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the successful administration and financial coordination of construction projects. Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Senior Project Managers to oversee administrative and accounting processes across multiple construction projects.
• Assist vendors, trade partners, and project teams in meeting insurance and endorsement requirements.
• Accurately process invoices and manage cost coding for up to 50+ codes.
• Follow up on lien waivers and endorsements to ensure compliance with project-specific requirements.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in project documentation and requirements efficiently.
• Coordinate and maintain tracking for all insurance-related paperwork, ensuring proper approvals are secured.
• Provide reliable administrative support to project teams, enabling them to focus on construction management.
• Visit job sites periodically to facilitate coordination and ensure smooth financial processes.
• Maintain organized documentation systems to prevent delays or issues in project accounting workflows.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of insurance processes, endorsements, lien waivers, and cost coding.
• Proactive and accountable with a collaborative mindset, adaptable to various teams and projects.
• Early-career professionals welcome; this role provides ample growth opportunities.
• Familiarity with accounting systems and passcodes is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with vendors, brokers, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Ability to follow established processes accurately while ensuring thorough documentation.
• Experience with construction accounting and general conditions/cost codes is a plus.
