Requirements include at least 1 year of hospital-based anesthesia experience, NBCRNA certification, active Michigan RN license, and current AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications. Responsibilities encompass preoperative assessments, administering anesthetics, monitoring physiologic status, responding to emergencies, and documenting in Epic EMR.
