Responsibilities
- Work as part of a cohesive and dedicated team of scientist, engineers, and technicians responsible for the development of Nondestructive Evaluation methods.
- Ensure deliverables are met on-time with 100% accuracy
- Tooling management including domestic shipping and international exporting/importing of NDE tooling
- Effective daily planning to achieve milestones as set by scientists or engineers
- Proctoring of data collection
- Potential Travel, domestic and/or international
- Learn and perform Nondestructive inspections, and analyze data as needed
- BS degree in STEM field
- BS Degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or Physics preferred
- 0-3 years of relevant experience
- Experience working across multi-functional organizations and with all levels of management is preferred
- US person status is required
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work independently and following instructions
- Ability to work both hands-on and with automated data collection systems
- Project Management skills
- Organization skills using Excel trackers and specific software
- Attention to detail
- Able to multi-task in a flexible, fast-paced, and challenging environment to effectively meet deadlines
