Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a cohesive and dedicated team of scientist, engineers, and technicians responsible for the development of Nondestructive Evaluation methods.
  • Ensure deliverables are met on-time with 100% accuracy
  • Tooling management including domestic shipping and international exporting/importing of NDE tooling
  • Effective daily planning to achieve milestones as set by scientists or engineers
  • Proctoring of data collection
  • Potential Travel, domestic and/or international
  • Learn and perform Nondestructive inspections, and analyze data as needed

Education and Experience

  • BS degree in STEM field
  • BS Degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or Physics preferred
  • 0-3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience working across multi-functional organizations and with all levels of management is preferred

Skills and Knowledge

  • US person status is required
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to work independently and following instructions
  • Ability to work both hands-on and with automated data collection systems
  • Project Management skills
  • Organization skills using Excel trackers and specific software
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to multi-task in a flexible, fast-paced, and challenging environment to effectively meet deadlines
