Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) at our Fairfield, CA community. As a C.N.A., you will be responsible for assisting residents with daily living activities, providing personal care, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring a clean and safe environment. Additional duties include collaborating with healthcare professionals, documenting care provided, and prioritizing the comfort and well-being of residents at all times.
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) certification and ability to meet state-specific requirements
- Proficiency in providing personal care and conducting vital sign monitoring
- Effective communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks
- Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents
- Previous experience in senior care or healthcare settings is a plus
- Physical capability to perform the responsibilities of the role, including lifting and assisting residents
- Dependable, professional, and compassionate in providing care
