Our client, a global architecture and design firm, is seeking an experienced Job Captain with strong Revit proficiency to support large-scale high-rise condominium projects in Fort Lauderdale. This role requires 5–8 years of architectural experience and a solid background in construction documentation and coordination.

Our client, a global architecture and design firm, is seeking an experienced Job Captain with strong Revit proficiency to support large-scale high-rise condominium projects in Fort Lauderdale. This role requires 5–8 years of architectural experience and a solid background in construction documentation and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce detailed construction documents and models in Revit for high-rise projects.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Architects, engineers, and consultants.
- Assist with design detailing, technical problem-solving, and project documentation.
- Review RFIs, shop drawings, and consultant submittals.
- Participate in project meetings and maintain clear communication across teams.
- Ensure compliance with project standards and applicable building codes, including the Florida Building Code.
- 5–8 years of architectural experience; high-rise or large-scale project experience preferred.
- Advanced Revit skills required (complex modeling + documentation).
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction detailing and building systems.
- Procore experience a plus.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Full-time | On-site | Monday–Friday
