About Our Client:

Addison Group is partnering with a rapidly growing healthcare organization seeking an Operations Manager to support a large and expanding administrative team. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate provider data, compliant document processing, and smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Job Description:

The Operations Manager will oversee multiple teams responsible for provider outreach, inbound communication, and document validation. This leader will guide supervisors, support staff development, and maintain operational accuracy, compliance, and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of approximately 20 employees, including Supervisors and Team Leads, with future growth expected.
  • Oversee provider outreach efforts, inbound calls/emails, and updates to provider information across internal systems.
  • Manage teams responsible for reviewing and processing outgoing documentation while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
  • Support Supervisors with coaching, performance management, and professional development.
  • Coordinate scheduling and staffing needs.
  • Participate in interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training new team members.
  • Review operational reports, logs, and expenses on a recurring basis.
  • Track and present monthly performance metrics to senior leadership.
  • Ensure timely communication with internal teams, external partners, and providers.
  • Monitor productivity, accuracy, and service‑level expectations.
  • Assign and distribute work to ensure deadlines and client requirements are met.

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of management or team‑lead experience.
  • Healthcare or hospital system background strongly preferred.
  • Experience with medical records, authorizations, or policy/contract review.
  • Associate degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally and support team growth.
  • Comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

Additional Details:

  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Work Environment:
    • Local candidates: hybrid (2 days onsite weekly).
    • Non‑local candidates: remote considered.
  • Hours: 8am–5pm, Monday–Friday
  • Systems Used: Outlook, Front, SharePoint, internal healthcare systems
  • Training: ~90‑day onboarding including shadowing leadership and team members
  • Performance Expectations:
    • Maintain compliance and accuracy standards
    • Ensure mail/document processing within 24 hours
    • Support team in meeting productivity and quality metrics
