Specific Job Duties
- Operate hand and power tools and materials
- Make minor setups of equipment in assigned area
- Review production data to identify potential areas of non conformance
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Fit, align, and adjust machines or assemblies to meet required tolerances and product operating requirements
- Follow schedules, shop orders, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and manufacturing documentation
- Identify deviations that could impact productivity and escalate issues appropriately.
- Work safely and efficiently while following all PPE requirements and participating in safety programs that maintain a clean and safe work environment. (PPE may include uniform shirts, safety boots, hairnets/headcovers/face shields, gloves, etc.)
- May work in a cleanroom environment all or part of the shift
- Maintain logs and required documentation using required computer systems
- Demonstrate troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Education
- High School diploma or equivalent
- A.A. degree, Vocational or Technical Training or a combination of the equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to follow established procedures and safety guidelines
- Follow SOP, policies and procedures
- Good verbal written and communication skills, and teamwork skills
- Ability to operate a variety of assembly tools
- Visual acuity and manual dexterity
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer skills, knowledge or ERP systems - Oracle a plus
- 2-3 years or more in a manufacturing or related work experience, semiconductor industry at plus
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Vocational or technical training
The pay range for this position is $19.33 to 32.84 per hour, nonexempt.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure, and relevant education or training.
