Job Description And Duties

We Are Hiring for Research Data Specialist I

($6,752 - $8,709 Monthly)

The Department of State Hospitals – Coalinga is now accepting applications for a Permanent Full-Time Research Data Specialist I position. The incumbent has the responsibility to work Independently and collaboratively with the Research Data Specialist II, to plan, organize, and conduct complicated research in the areas of medical, behavioral, and social studies.

Department Information

DSH-Coalinga opened in 2005 and began treating forensically committed patients, mostly of which are sexually violent predators. It is a self-contained psychiatric hospital constructed with a security perimeter. California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) provides perimeter security as well as transportation of patients to outside medical services and court proceedings .
