We are looking for a Product Manager. This position is a hybrid role and can be based in in one of the following locations:

  • Grand Prairie, TX
  • Peachtree Corners, GA

The Product Manager will lead and grow a portfolio of Made-to-Order (MTO) low-voltage power distribution products across diverse end markets, including commercial, industrial, and critical infrastructure applications.

In this role, you will operate as the business owner for your product line, owning strategy, lifecycle execution, and financial performance. You will shape solutions that power a wide range of applications while directly influencing Siemens’ position in key growth segments and evolving markets.

This role requires balancing technical, commercial, and operational priorities to deliver long-term portfolio value, drive market share gains, and accelerate profitable growth in a complex, project-based environment.

You’ll make a difference by:

  • Owning the product lifecycle for low-voltage electrical distribution products. Examples of product lines within the distribution segment include busway, switchboard, switchgear, power panels, lighting panels, transformers and power monitoring solutions.
  • Driving portfolio growth and product strategy, defining project scopes, and creating robust business cases to outpace competitors in profit and market share.
  • Leading cross-functional project and collaboration with customers, sales channels operations, and customer support
  • Managing financial performance and pricing strategy
  • Supporting go-to-market strategy. Serve as a primary technical point of contact for key customers, proactively identify evolving market needs, and translate them into actionable product requirements
  • Leveraging data analysis to drive decisions

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field, OR other bachelor’s degrees with an additional 3+ years of related electrical distribution technical expertise
  • 3+ years of experience with:
    • Progressive experience in product management or design engineering within the electrical distribution and circuit protection industry
    • Comprehensive knowledge of low voltage electrical distribution markets, products, applications, and go-to-market strategies
    • Proven ability to identify, define, and implement customer requirements through a structured Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) process.
    • Business financial acumen
    • Cross-functional collaboration with internal and external partners
    • Deep data analysis in Excel
  • Ability to travel 20% (1-2x’s/ quarter)
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of power distribution equipment, low voltage switchboards
  • Technical experience in sales, business development, finance, or operations is a strong advantage.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority
  • Financial analysis and data visualization in Tableau
