- Building relationships and consulting with client groups
- Developing system requirements and ERP integration strategies
- Maintaining Windchill configurations and workflows
- Leading legacy data migrations into Windchill
- Collaborating with global teams using Agile practices
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 5+ years of experience with Windchill and PLM processes
- Experience working in an Agile (SCRUM) environment
- Expertise in Windchill and Creo, including ERP integrations
- Knowledge of PLM processes and architectural thinking
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, SQL; familiarity with ThingWorx and Azure DevOps
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills

The annual base salary range for this position is $128,000 – $150,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Steelcase considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
