Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers supporting the

manufacturing processes within our facility. This role combines

technical leadership with strategic oversight, ensuring the engineering

efforts align with business objectives and customer needs.

Responsibilities Plan, coordinate and implement continuous improvements

activities to improve key performance indicators (contribution, on-time,

cost of quality, incident rate, net efficiency, safety, ect) Develop and

administer capital budgets for Engineering. Training for Manufacturing

Engineers in processes and equipment. Plan and coordinate new product

introductions and product enhancements to meet project margins, costs

and introduction dates. Direct internal and external resources to

resolve field or quality concerns. Serve as the primary engineering

contact for assigned product lines, ensuring production meets quality,

efficiency, and delivery targets. Oversee and approve engineering change

notifications (CNs) and change requests (CRs) within Windchill to ensure

accurate documentation and timely implementation of design and process

changes. What you Need to Succeed Bachelor\'s Degree preferred in

Business, Engineering or related field Preferred 5 years of relatable

work experience in engineering or manufacturing Proven ability to manage

engineering teams with strong coaching skills What KI Offers You:
