What You'll Do

  • Driving Excellence: Operate all vehicles in a safe, efficient, and courteous manner. Ensure compliance with safety standards through regular vehicle inspections.
  • Order Accuracy: Carefully verify and load orders onto customer and company vehicles, maintaining high accuracy to meet customer satisfaction.
  • Dynamic Yard Support: Engage in loading, unloading, stocking, and organizing merchandise, using equipment such as hand trucks and forklifts. Ensure all materials are secured properly to prevent damage.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Complete all necessary paperwork in alignment with company policies. Report any equipment maintenance or safety issues to your supervisor daily.
  • Incident Reporting: Take immediate action by reporting all yard accidents, no matter how minor, and ensure all necessary information is documented and submitted.
  • Additional Duties: Be ready to take on various additional tasks as needed to support team objectives and enhance operational efficiency.

What You'll Bring

  • Education: CDL License – Class B
  • Experience: Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.

Skills & Abilities

  • Proficient in operating hand trucks, forklifts, semi-trailers, and straight trucks.
  • Strong industry experience and knowledge of building materials preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on customer service.
  • Highly safety-conscious with a proactive approach to workplace safety.

What You'll Earn

Salary Range

USD $28.00 - USD $35.00 /Hr.
