We are looking for a General Manager with:
- Bachelors’ degree or equivalent specializing in Business Management / Hospitality or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of similar work experience including previous experience as a General Manager in a Casual dining establishment. Specialized training in management preferred
- In depth knowledge of culinary quality standards.
- Compliant with Health & Safety Standards.
- Working knowledge of restaurant operations, financials, and control systems.
- Food Safety Manager Certification required.
- Clearly respond to guests and employees.
- Proven track record of selecting, training, and retention of key performers.
