Job Description:
- Provide clinical and casework services for youth and families
- Support permanency planning and coordinate care with community partners
- Conduct assessments and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support client outcomes
- Participate in on-site meetings, interviews, and program activities
- Current Hawaiʻi State Professional Clinical License
- Valid driver’s license, clean traffic abstract, and reliable insured vehicle
- TB clearance and CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
- Strong alignment with a non-hierarchical, integrity-driven, team-oriented culture
- Ability to interact effectively with youth from diverse backgrounds and challenging circumstances
