Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts, latest end time 7 PM

Kahu Malama Nurses is seeking a Clinician/Social Worker to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

  • Provide clinical and casework services for youth and families
  • Support permanency planning and coordinate care with community partners
  • Conduct assessments and maintain accurate documentation
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support client outcomes
  • Participate in on-site meetings, interviews, and program activities

Position Requirements:

  • Current Hawaiʻi State Professional Clinical License
  • Valid driver’s license, clean traffic abstract, and reliable insured vehicle
  • TB clearance and CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
  • Strong alignment with a non-hierarchical, integrity-driven, team-oriented culture
  • Ability to interact effectively with youth from diverse backgrounds and challenging circumstances
