Key Responsibilities
- Identify, solicit, and secure new corporate travel accounts through proactive sales efforts, networking, and strategic outreach.
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of business travel clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Negotiate preferred corporate rates, contracts, and agreements aligned with revenue goals.
- Conduct regular sales calls, site inspections, and client presentations showcasing the hotel’s unique luxury offerings.
- Collaborate with revenue management to optimize pricing strategies and maximize occupancy from business segments.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and corporate travel patterns to identify new opportunities.
- Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, account details, and forecasts in CRM systems.
- Partner with operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of services for corporate clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of hotel sales experience, with a focus on corporate or business travel segments.
- Experience in luxury or upscale hotel environments strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with Hilton systems and brand standards is a plus.
- Ability to travel locally for client meetings and industry events.
