Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to evaluate their change management needs and develop customized strategies.
- Provide expert guidance and support to project teams and leaders in executing change initiatives.
- Maintain professionalism and integrity to foster a respectful and courteous work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience within the Energy industry.
- Strong background in Learning/Training Development and Change Pathways.
- Experience with regulated utilities is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Adoption Measurement techniques.
