- Partner with Engineering and Production to iterate cutting strategies and fixtures for speed and accuracy.
- Make safety a shared value and ensure full compliance with all requirements.
- Use data to drive decisions—identify gaps, execute countermeasures, and verify results.
- Provide clear dashboards and reports to leadership covering output, quality, and team development.
- Oversee daily machining operations against schedule and quality targets.
- Lead and coach machinists; conduct skills assessments and targeted training.
- Document and improve machining procedures to boost throughput and efficiency.
- Coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime and extend asset life.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to improve tooling, programming, and setups.
- Ensure a safe, compliant working environment at all times.
- Analyze KPIs and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare management reports on production, quality metrics, and team progress.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Manufacturing or related discipline preferred.
- 5+ years in machining operations with 2+ years in a supervisory/managerial capacity.
- Expertise in machining fundamentals, tooling, and equipment.
- Demonstrated leadership—able to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Familiarity with machining safety standards and regulations.
- Proficiency with machining software and tools (CAM, shopfloor systems, measurement tools).

Located in NW Houston, our two, ultra-clean, state of the art facilities encompass 106,000 square feet of the most organized and technologically advanced operations in the industry. Our Headquarter located at 5410 Brystone Drive in Houston, Texas houses our Metal Fabrication division which specializes in precision metal fabrication, from punching/laser cutting to welding complete enclosures and other fabricated parts. Capable of handling material ranging from light and medium / heavy gauge aluminum to copper, steel, stainless steel, brass, fiberglass and other material of various shapes, sizes and finishes.
Our second facility located at 11236 Brittmoore Park Drive in Houston, Texas houses our CNC Machine shop and Electro-mechanical departments. The Machine Shop specializes in close tolerance milling and turning small to medium sized parts in a wide assortment of materials. The Electro-Mechanical Assembly department is capable of providing simple to complex electro-mechanical assembly services from sub-assembly builds to complete product level assembly builds.
