- 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm

As a caregiver, you will:
Provide companionship, conversation, activities, and emotional support
Assist with personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility
Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping, errands, and transportation
Provide medication reminders and maintain daily care documentation
Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, Parkinson’s, and hospice needs
Safely operate assistive devices such as Hoyer lifts, gait belts, transfer boards, and wheelchairs
Pay & Benefits
$18-$22 per hour, paid biweekly via direct deposit
5 sick days + holiday pay
Referral bonuses, caregiver-of-the-month rewards, and other incentives

Hands-on training in our Center of Excellence with a mock-home environment

Caregiver Requirements
Compassionate, patient, and passionate about helping seniors
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
Prior caregiving experience (professional or personal) is a plus but not required
Physically able to assist with transfers and mobility (push/pull up to 50 lbs and lift up to 30 lbs)
Strong communication and documentation skills (writing and in-app)
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
CNA, HHA, Or Similar Certifications Preferred (not Required)
Willing to work flexible shifts, including some weekends
Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or GED required
