Job Summary:

As an Audit Accountant, you will play a key role in providing comprehensive audit services to our clients. You will be responsible for ensuring financial statements are in compliance with regulatory standards, analyzing financial data, and assessing internal controls. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform audits of financial statements in accordance with auditing standards, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Assess internal control systems and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports, documenting findings and providing solutions to identified issues.
  • Conduct risk assessments and determine areas of financial risk for clients.
  • Provide clients with insights into their financial positions and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate with senior management and other team members to deliver high-quality service.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, financial regulations, and changes in accounting standards.
  • Assist with the preparation of tax returns and other financial reports when necessary.
  • Communicate audit findings to clients in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) certification preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in audit or public accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing procedures, and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
