Job Summary
This role is responsible for the design, coordination, and execution of system-wide strategies that promote the professional fulfillment, engagement, and overall well-being of Baptist Health physicians, advanced practice providers (APPs), nurses, and team members. This role works collaboratively across all campuses and service lines to ensure alignment with the Baptist Health mission, “to make hope, healing, and well-being accessible to every person as an expression of God’s love.” The role will serve as a central point of coordination between the System Well-Being Council, Physician and APP Task Forces, campus well-being leads, and philanthropic and operational partners to advance measurable outcomes in well-being, burnout reduction, and engagement.
