Personal Training Manager Job Duties

• Responsible for managing and maintaining personal training staff at assigned location(s)
• Interview, onboard, and develop personal trainers and fitness consultants
• Drive sales and sessions and client retention
• Hold performance meetings and workshops with staff
  
  

Qualifications For Our Personal Training Manager

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years experience in management
• Personal training certification preferred, but not required
