SUMMARY: SUMMARY: The Staff Chaplain is responsible for the delivery of spiritual care to patients, their loved ones, and staff. S/he will have responsibility to ensure that religious, spiritual, and emotional needs of patients and their loved ones are met.
Education: Master of Divinity or equivalency from a CHEA accredited institution.
Licensure: Ordination or equivalency
Clinical Pastoral Education: Minimum two units from accredited CPE program; Four units preferred.
Certification: Board Certified Chaplain from a national or international certifying commission preferred.
