Travel Nurse RN - Long-Term Care

Seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) for a Long-Term Care unit in a fast-paced, high-acuity hospital environment. Responsibilities include performing patient assessments, administering medications, assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining accurate documentation in EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech. The role involves collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, educating patients and families, and adhering to infection control protocols. Candidates must hold an active RN license, BLS certification, and have 1-2 years of recent Long-Term Care experience.
