Information Technology

Duties and Responsibilities:

Systems & Process AnalysisAnalyze business requirements, data, and system processes to ensure alignment with business objectives and identify optimization opportunities. Develop and maintain process flow diagrams, system workflows, and functional specifications to clearly document current-state and future-state solutions. Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and solution designs. Development, Testing & SupportMaintain and enhance existing core systems to support new features, correct defects, and improve logic and performance. Configure and test system changes to ensure functionality, performance, and data integrity. Coordinate and execute unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Provide timely troubleshooting and production support for critical system and process issues; after-hours or weekend support may occasionally be required. Documentation & StandardsProduce and maintain clear documentation for:
  • Business and system requirements
  • Process flows and data mappings
  • Testing plans and test results
  • Deployment and implementation strategies
  • Utilize ServiceNow to record and maintain change management activities, production support work, incidents, and system enhancements, ensuring traceability, audit readiness, and clear operational history.
  • Ensure documentation supports auditability, knowledge transfer, and long-term system maintainability.
  • Collaboration & Communication
  • Serve as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and external partners.
  • Communicate effectively (written and verbal) with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
  • Provide regular updates to IT management on assigned projects, tasks, and support.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of relevant systems analysis or application development experience.
  • Equivalent education, training, and experience may be substituted when competency is demonstrated.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex systems and processes.
  • Demonstrated experience with:
    • Systems analysis and business process mapping
    • Project management or project coordination
    • Requirements gathering and documentation
    • SDLC concepts and system best practices
  • Experience leading or contributing to development or system enhancement projects.

Technical & Functional Skills

  • Experience with data analysis and Business Intelligence tools or reporting concepts.
  • Understanding of software development methodologies and system integration concepts.
  • Ability to quickly learn business functions and identify opportunities for system and process improvement.
  • Comfortable adapting to new technologies and evolving business needs.

  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence across departments.
  • Collaborative mindset with a strong commitment to continuous improvement.
