RegalCare at Courtyard is a leading skilled nursing facility dedicated to providing the highest standard of care to our residents. We are committed to fostering a positive and supportive environment for both our residents and staff. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) in overseeing the nursing department's daily operations.
  • Supervise nursing staff, ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the development and implementation of nursing care plans and ensure the quality of care provided to residents.
  • Participate in the recruitment, training, and evaluation of nursing staff.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident care and address any issues or concerns.
  • Assist in developing and monitoring nursing budgets and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to nursing care.
  • Serve as a leader and mentor within the nursing department, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.


Qualifications:

  • Must hold a valid RN license in the state of Massachusetts.
  • Previous nursing management experience is required, preferably in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with staff, residents, and families.
  • In-depth knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and regulations.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to residents.
