We’re looking for passionate Dentist to join our supportive, multidisciplinary dental team at Better Health Network (BHN)!

We’re seeking passionate Dentists to join our supportive, dental team. You’ll be supported by an experienced administration team (Practice Manager, Dental Assistants and receptionists) and work alongside a highly skilled clinical team committed to improving oral health outcomes in our local community.

BHN Dental Services includes a longstanding team of 100+ staff across four sites, with some clinicians serving the community for over 25 years, offering strong mentorship, collaboration and peer support.

About The Role

You're an experienced clinician who enjoys building trusted relationships with patients and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Hours: 8:00am - 4.30pm Weekdays

Parkdale: 335 Nepean Hwy, Parkdale 3195

About You

As a Dentist Level 2 or 3, you'll provide comprehensive oral healthcare to eligible community members while contributing to improved oral health outcomes across Victoria.

You'll

  • Deliver high-quality evidence-based dental care to adults and children
  • Diagnose, treatment plan and provide a broad range of general dental procedures
  • Manage emergency, restorative, periodontal, endodontic and surgical treatments
  • Promote preventative oral health and patient education
  • Work closely with Dental Assistants and the wider multidisciplinary team
  • Coordinate referrals to specialist dental and health services when required
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and uphold best-practice infection prevention standards
  • Contribute to quality improvement and continuous service developmen

What You Bring

  • Bachelor of Health Sciences/Dental Sciences or equivalent
  • AHPRA registration & Victorian Radiation License
  • Passion for community health and patient care
