A Miami-based startup, they've built a founding team of board-certified veterinary nutritionists, supply chain experts, and classically trained chefs to engineer a food system held to human-grade standards. Position Overview - Director of Growth


Location: Remote (Quarterly travel to Miami)

Reports to: Co-Founder and CEO, Quentin Lacornerie


Atomic, Emily Boschwitz, and Quentin Lacornerie are looking for their first Growth lead to set the strategy, run a tight experimentation drumbeat, and oversee a team of specialists/agencies.


  • Own the growth system: North Star + KPIs, weekly testing cadence, backlog, and post-mortem. Early stage means trade-offs! You are a confident, data driven decision maker who can keep focus on the long term prize
  • Broaden the channel mix: Prioritize, launch and optimize a diverse media mix (e.g., paid social, affiliates/partnerships, programmatic, influencer, podcasts, CTV) with clear CAC/payback thresholds. You are proactive about seeking and vetting new channels
  • Build the conversion engine: Stand up rapid creative testing, high-velocity landing page sprints, and funnel/CRM optimization. We don’t test for testing’s sake but we get 1% better every day.
  • Resource & vendor orchestration: Select and manage agencies and full time employees; keep timelines, budgets, and quality tight.
  • Compliance & brand guardrails: Ensure campaigns and offers meet legal and platform policies; protect the brand while scaling.
  • Forecast & accountability: Own the growth model, scenario plans, and monthly board-level reporting


What is required to be successful in the role


  • 10+ years in marketing with a focus on growth and performance.
  • Experience with CPG, food or retail brands.
  • Eagerness to roll up your sleeves and get dirty, while also able to apply frameworks for scale.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Clear communicator and proven record driving cross-functional partnership and accountability.


Compensation

  • Salary: $200,000 - $250,000 + Bonus + Equity
