Required Experience
15+ of progressive experience leading Quality and Regulatory functions in complex, multi-site manufacturing environments, including 5–7 years in a senior leadership capacity overseeing enterprise-level quality systems and compliance in consumer goods, juvenile products, or related industries.
Required Technical Competencies
- Develop and implement a global Quality and Compliance strategy that aligns with corporate goals, ensuring consistent product integrity and consumer trust across all markets.
- Serve as the executive sponsor for quality systems modernization, advancing digital transformation, AI-based analytics, and real-time quality dashboards.
- Provide strategic counsel to the CEO and executive team on product quality trends, compliance risks, and emerging regulatory requirements.
- Establish and govern enterprise-wide Quality KPIs that link directly to financial performance (e.g., warranty cost reduction, customer satisfaction, and defect rates).
- Oversee all product testing, compliance documentation, and certification programs to safeguard brand reputation and consumer safety.
- Partner with Customer Care, Marketing, and eCommerce to identify quality-related consumer insights and reduce returns, complaints, and negative reviews.
- Act as the executive liaison with major retail partners, regulatory agencies, and certification bodies.
- Own and govern the enterprise-wide Quality Management System (QMS) ensuring ISO 9001, CPSIA, ASTM, and JPMA compliance across all sites.
- Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of sound quality systems at both the corporate and operations levels.
- Establish global supplier quality standards and audit programs, focusing on high-risk components and contract manufacturers.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Procurement to drive quality-based supplier scorecards and performance improvement.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Quality and Regulatory Affairs team with clear accountability and succession planning.
- Identify opportunities for improvement within the Quality Management System, make recommendations, facilitate implementation, and share lessons learned within the organization.
- Continuous upgrading consumer experience with perception quality and bring more value to Evenflo products.
- Foster a culture of quality excellence, accountability, and proactive risk management throughout the organization

- Advanced Quality & Compliance Systems: Deep knowledge of global Quality Management Systems (QMS), regulatory compliance, and product safety standards including ASTM, JPMA, CPSIA, CPSC, ISO 9001, and applicable FDA regulations for juvenile products.
- Operational Excellence & Root Cause Methodology: Mastery of quality disciplines such as Six Sigma, Lean, and FMEA, with the ability to institutionalize structured problem-solving, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) processes across all sites and suppliers.
- Digital Quality & Analytics: Demonstrated experience implementing AI-enabled quality tools, predictive analytics, and digital dashboards to proactively identify trends, prevent defects, and optimize decision-making through real-time performance data.
- Manufacturing & Process Expertise: Strong understanding of injection molding, plastics, and assembly operations, including design-for-quality principles (DFMEA/PFMEA), tolerance analysis, and supplier process validation.
- Governance & Documentation: Skilled in developing and enforcing enterprise-wide quality policies, technical standards, and audit frameworks that ensure regulatory readiness and sustained product integrity.
- Project & Change Management: Exceptional ability to lead complex, multi-site projects; set clear milestones and KPIs; and drive adoption of new systems and cultural behaviors that elevate quality performance across the organization.
