Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance on production equipment and facility systems to ensure optimal operation and minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues and perform necessary repairs.
  • Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and troubleshoot issues to restore functionality.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance work areas.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical components, PLCs, and industrial automation.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.
