Architectural Drafter

Seeking an Architectural Drafter with desire to work on commercial projects.

• Produce complete, accurate, and precise working drawings for sold and spec homes based on master plan files and selected options. Plans include but are not limited to elevations, floor plans, joist plans, sections, electrical plans, finish floor plans, cabinetry, etc.
• Clearly illustrate all wall locations, notes, details, windows, plumbing fixtures, structural information, etc. on plans to minimize questions during construction.
• Update drawings in a timely manner for all revisions due to field changes and adjustments. At times this may involve just reviewing requests to ensure plan modifications will work.
• Help maintain Master Plan files with revisions for items such as design changes, code updates, plan deficiencies, marketing changes, or construction method changes.
  
  

The Successful Candidate Will Contribute To The Growth Of The Company By Producing Accurate And Clear Drawings Efficiently And Independently. Requirements Include:

• Associate’s degree or higher in drafting or similar field
• Current working knowledge of construction preferred, but not required
• Experience in Revit

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wauwatosa, WI.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
