
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and maintain CPQ solutions using Logik.io (ServiceNow CPQ Configurator)
- Administer and manage Logik environments, including rules, product models, pricing logic, and workflows
- Configure and support integrations between CPQ, Salesforce, and downstream systems using KBridge
- Translate business requirements into scalable CPQ configurations and solutions
- Partner closely with sales, operations, and IT teams to support and optimize the quote-to-cash process
- Support end-to-end CPQ processes including product configuration, pricing, quoting, and order integration
- Ensure alignment between CPQ configurations, Salesforce data models, and sales processes
- Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues, including KBridge-related data flows and errors
- Participate in testing efforts (IT Validations, UAT), including writing and executing test scenarios
- Support system enhancements, releases, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Document configurations, integrations, processes, and best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in CPQ, with strong hands-on configuration experience
- Proven experience with Logik.io (ServiceNow CPQ Configurator), including administration and configuration
- Strong understanding of CPQ processes (product modeling, pricing, quoting, and order flows)
- Experience with Salesforce and understanding of its data model and sales processes
- Hands-on experience with KBridge for CPQ integrations
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical configurations
- Experience supporting sales organizations and understanding of sales lifecycle workflows
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Experience integrating CPQ with ERP or downstream order management systems
- Familiarity with manufacturing or complex product environments
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Exposure to testing practices (SIT/UAT) and QA collaboration
- Strong functional + technical balance
- Attention to detail in configuration and logic design
- Business process understanding (sales and quote-to-cash)
- Problem-solving and ownership mindset
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
