We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Corporate Recruiter - Associate to join our dynamic recruiting team. This role offers a unique opportunity to support a variety of recruiting needs while engaging with candidates and enhancing their experience.
Responsibilities
- Proactively source and engage qualified candidates through various channels.
- Conduct initial outreach and screening to communicate opportunities effectively.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update tracking systems as needed.
- Assist recruiters in scheduling interviews and managing candidate flow.
- Coordinate communication between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Prepare materials for career fairs and recruiting events while managing inventory of marketing materials.
- Support cross-functional teams and initiatives as necessary to enhance recruitment processes.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in recruiting or related fields.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in sourcing talent, recruiting, or coordination.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Comfortable with hands-on work and shifting priorities.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.
- Experience in early careers or functional recruiting.
- Proficiency in preparing materials for events and managing logistics.
