
Marketing Director, IDD Services
Summary
This role defines and executes how the company positions itself in the market and develops market and product specific initiatives to help achieve business goals and objectives.
Essential Job Functions
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential function listed below.
- Set organizational promotion strategy and roadmap for promotional brands and services, in partnership with key business stakeholders (strategy, finance, operations) and peer product/marketing teams
- Lead the development of marketing and campaign plans that include targeting, value proposition, key messaging, market analysis, competitive analysis, promotional planning, and digital and web strategy for each product or service category
- Own lead generation strategy across digital, content, email, and campaign channels—ensuring full-funnel alignment from awareness through nurturing and conversion.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy across owned channels (website, email, blogs, thought leadership, collateral) that supports awareness, trust-building, and measurable business growth.
- Identify, source, and produce compelling “good news” stories (impact, outcomes, human stories, quality metrics, program successes) that reinforce credibility and strengthen demand generation efforts.
- Build and maintain detailed audience profiles, journeys, and messaging frameworks to ensure communications resonate with key audiences and support conversion.
- Design, launch, and optimize multi-step nurturing campaigns that move families, referral sources, partners, and other priority audiences from awareness to action.
- Serve as a catalyst for messaging for the overall organization and identify new ways to support the business units in local markets by actively engaging with team members in the field to understand opportunities and challenges.
- Set creative direction on campaigns, marketing materials, sales tools, ads, etc. and review and communicate campaign messaging and strategy regularly with distributed marketing team for key initiatives
- Collaborate with operating groups, intake teams, and field teams to ensure marketing efforts support lead follow-up, local execution, and user experience
- Develop success metrics and drive a culture of continuous, data-driven improvements
- Establish measurement standards for product and brand marketing activities including financial goals; measure and report return on investment (ROI).
- Apply test-and-learn methodologies to continuously optimize messaging, formats, cadence, digital performance, and conversion rates.
- Set and define marketing organization goals, measures and behaviors; manage the marketing budget.
- Manage and/or work with appropriate outside agencies as necessary to efficiently supplement the work of the Marketing team.
- Performs other related duties and activities as required.
- Manages assigned personnel. Completes performance evaluations, orientation, and training. Makes decisions on employee hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, discipline, terminations, and similar actions. Resolves employee problems within position responsibilities.

Education And Experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7+ years’ experience developing brand plans and programs within complex organizations; experience that includes marketing leadership of go-to-market strategy, branding, communications, and digital marketing preferably in the healthcare industry
- Professional presentation and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft applications (MS Visio, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word) and comfort with learning and using new software tools. And strong knowledge of marketing tools and applications like; Hubspot, Salesforce, G4, Canva, HotJar, etc.
