Position Summary

This position is a production support role that will be providing technical support for several production lines within our Brooklyn Park Facility.

This position reports to the Technical Manager

According to the FLSA (Fair Labor Standards Act), this position is classified as:

What You’ll Be Doing

General duties Include:

• Production Troubleshooting and Failure Analysis and repair including:
  • Production Parts
  • General Equipment / Fixturing
  • Automated Test Systems
  • Robotic Production Cells
  • Schematic Analysis down to the component level
• Documenting and effectively communicating findings to relevant stakeholders
• Collaborating with the engineering team to help identify and implement production improvements.
• Performing periodic internal calibration or verification of equipment.
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent in Electronics Systems Technology, Engineering Technology, Robotics Technology or related field
• 0-5 Years Experience
• Experience working with basic hand tools
• Familiarity with:
  • Electrical test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, etc.
  • General soldering processes\
  • Communicating within Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • Basic programming languages
  • Technical Drawings
  • Lean Manufacturing

Pay Range: $21.65 - $29.76
